What FixIt Quick is

FixIt Quick is a diagnostic and discovery service. We help you understand a likely fault on your device and connect you with independent or authorised repairers in the UK.

What FixIt Quick is not

• We do not perform repairs.
• We do not guarantee a specific repair outcome or cost.
• We do not certify the quality or safety of any individual repairer beyond a basic listing review.
• Diagnostic results are estimates based on the answers you provide. Actual faults can only be confirmed by a qualified technician inspecting the device.

Cost estimates

All cost ranges shown on FixIt Quick are in GBP and are estimates calibrated to the UK market. The final repair cost depends on the actual fault, the parts used, the repairer's pricing, and other factors we cannot control. Always confirm the final price with the repairer before authorising work.

Safety guidance

Where the diagnosis surfaces safety warnings, take them seriously. In particular, signs of battery swelling, burning smell, or recent liquid exposure are real hazards. Stop using the device and seek qualified help.

Repairer interactions

When you contact a repairer through FixIt Quick, you enter into an arrangement directly with that repairer. FixIt Quick is not a party to that arrangement. Disputes, refunds and warranties are between you and the repairer.

Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt the service, scrape the device data commercially, or submit fraudulent partner applications. Use it in good faith and we'll do the same.

Liability

FixIt Quick is provided "as is" during MVP. We accept no liability for repair outcomes, financial loss, data loss, or device damage arising from acting on diagnostic guidance. Always back up your data before any repair.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
